The ReeR Safety R-SAFE RFID safety switch offers optimal safety in industrial environments through the use of RFID technology. This switch can serially connect up to 16 RFID sensors (Pro and Plus versions only), enabling an efficient and cost-effective installation as there is no need to lay a cable from each sensor. The switch is fully mechanically compatible with other safety sensors from ReeR Safety, such as the Magnus RFID and Magnus MG "S" series, and can be seamlessly integrated with the Mosaic safety PLC.

The RFID series safety switches are available in 3 different versions:
- Basic: The Basic series has an automatic restart, serial connection not possible
- Pro: The Pro series has an automatic restart and enables serial connection (max. 16) with status per sensor
- Plus: The Plus series has both a manual and an automatic restart and enables serial connection (max. 16) with status per sensor possible
Flexible application possibilitiesThree different coding types, namely individually coded, uniquely coded, and actuator coded, provide flexible application possibilities. ReeR Safety has taken special measures against tampering, such as screw covers and unique coding. The R-SAFE RFID safety switch complies with the highest safety standards SIL 3 - SILCL 3 and PL e - Cat. 4 and is applicable in various industries, including food & beverage, packaging, pharmaceuticals, printing, paper, logistics, chemical industry, and injection moulding.
