Power Analysers are used for the continuous measurement and monitoring of the quality of power (power quality), the load of transformers and generators and the recording of voltage dips, peaks and transients. The power analysers are equipped with sufficient internal memory, so that measured values can be stored in the memory for a longer period of time. The power analysers are available as mounting module for panel mounting (UMG 509-PRO) and as DIN rail mounting (UMG 604-PRO).
Janitza's power analysers are equipped with an intuitive web interface for PC, tablet and smartphone. The web interface provides a kWh reporting function, embedded line writer, power quality reports generator and an analysis tool for voltage dips and peaks.
All analysers have 2 digital inputs and outputs, a temperature measurement input, an Ethernet port (TCP/IP), Profibus and RS485 port. Through these ports, Janitza supports many protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, PROFINET, Bacnet, HTTP, etc. with which the power analysers can easily be connected in the above systems.

The power analysers UMG 604-PRO and UMG 509-PRO are the most complete power analysers for applications on the low-voltage side of the mains transformer or for generator measurements. The power analyser is physically placed on the incoming fields of the low-voltage main manifold. The UMG 509-PRO power analyser is widely used in large hospitals, data centers and in the process industry.
Features of power analysers:
Janitza's power analysers are equipped with an embedded web interface. With this web interface it is possible to visualize measured values without additional software. A standard web browser is sufficient to view the measured values. Thanks to the responsive design, the visualization and operation is also possible via smartphone, tablet or PC.
Features embedded web interface:
The UMG 509-PRO power analyser from Janitza has been specially developed for application behind the mains transformer and has a color display with a English web interface. The Power Quality of an electrical installation can be read directly. Voltage dips, peaks and transients are recorded and stored as 'event'. Problems with the power quality are quickly detected by the power analyser, because the quality of voltage and current are automatically reported in accordance with the applicable standards.
The power analyser has an integrated dashboard that can be accessed via a web browser. This way you can access your meter at any time with the help of a mobile, tablet or desktop.
Due to the many communication protocols that the meter supports, integration into an existing system is easy to achieve. The Janitza UMG 509-PRO power analyser has an IP gateway function so that all underlying meters are read out via the IP-port.
The 5th and 6th current transformer inputs continuously monitor earth fault currents. As a result, a periodic insulation test of your installation is no longer necessary. Partly due to the integrated temperature measurement, this all-rounder is the ideal analyser for a 'total measurement' on the low-voltage side of your power transformer.

Short interruptions, dips, harmonics or a too low mains voltage? They can all lead to high costs. With the Janitza UMG 604-PRO power analyser, these can all be recognized and forwarded via e-mail or SMS. The meter is a PQ analyser, kWh meter with 8 rates, IP gateway, logger, PLC and web server in one housing.
On the integrated website of the power analyser UMG 604-PRO you immediately see the status of the power quality of your electrical installation. The website is accessible via PC, laptop, tablet and smartphone. By being able to automatically report the quality of voltage and current according to the applicable standards, power quality problems are quickly detected. Partly due to the integrated temperature measurement, this all-rounder is the ideal analyser for a 'total measurement' on the low-voltage side of your power transformer.
