The dSF series ATEX flashlights from Auer Signal is a series of robust flashlights with a Xenon flash tube as the light source. The series is available in 5 different colors, 2 different voltages, and 2 different light intensities (5 J and 15 J). The flashlights are made of aluminum and steel, among other materials, and are suitable for use in ATEX zones 1, 2, 21, and 22.
HousingThe dSF series flashlights have a copper-free and seawater-resistant Ø 110 mm aluminum housing with a lens made of toughened glass. The lens is further protected by a stainless steel protective cage. The lights have an IP66 classification (IEC 60529) and are suitable for use in ATEX zones 1, 2, 21 & 22. In terms of connection, a choice can be made between a 24 VDC or 230-240 VAC version, both versions are equipped with an M20 cable gland entry. The lights are suitable for use in temperatures from -55 °C to +55 °C (T5) / -55 °C to +40 °C (T6).
