Ordered items can only be returned when the delivered item is damaged or delivered incorrectly (unless otherwise agreed). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Would you like to return a defective delivery? Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the item is returned because of a defect and it can be repaired, you will receive the repaired item back. If repair is not possible, you will receive a replacement item. If no faults are found, we charge £ 20 handling fee plus shipping costs. In all cases the item to be returned within the warranty period. It is not possible to receive a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
