The Safegate series safety light curtains are a modularly constructed range of safety light curtains that offer the right solution for every application. Various models are available, such as programmable or non-programmable, with or without an indicator light, with or without muting, etc. In addition, they can also be easily expanded with, for example, muting arms, which are also available in various models. Long range
The S-LR series light curtains are Long Range (LR) light curtains where the distance between the transmitter and receiver can be up to 60 meters. The light curtains have a resolution of 40mm, which means that any object with a minimum diameter of 40mm will always be detected.
Different detection heights
These S-LR series light curtains have Type 4, SIL 3, SILCL 3, PL e & Cat. 4 safety classifications and are equipped with internal monitoring, so an additional safety relay is not necessary. The series is available in different detection heights ranging from 400 to 1800 mm. An M12 connector can be used to connect the light curtains (5p for the transmitter, 8p for the receiver). The S-LR series is equipped with a manually or automatically adjustable restart after detection. The screens are equipped with LEDs for reading the status of the light curtain and do not have an integrated muting function.
