The ReeR Safety R-SAFE RFID safety switch provides optimal safety in industrial environments through the use of RFID technology. This switch can serially connect up to 16 RFID sensors, allowing for efficient and cost-effective installation as there is now no need to lay cables from each sensor separately. The switch is fully mechanically compatible with other safety sensors from ReeR Safety, such as the Magnus RFID and Magnus MG "S" series, and can be seamlessly integrated with the Mosaic safety PLC.
Three different coding types, namely individually coded, unique coding, and actuator coded, ensure flexible application possibilities. ReeR Safety has taken special measures against manipulation, such as the screw covers and unique coding. The R-SAFE RFID safety switch meets the highest safety standards SIL 3 - SILCL 3 and PL e - Cat. 4 and is applicable in various industries, including food & beverage, packaging, pharmaceuticals, printing, paper, logistics, chemical industry, and injection moulding.
