The 800-CON-RJ45 module enables the connection of current measurement devices with a JanBus interface and an RJ45 connection, such as the 800-CT24, to a UMG 800 series main module. The module can be connected with a standard RJ45 cable up to a length of 100 meters. The module is compact in size, taking up only 2 TE of space on the DIN rail.
The module is
supplied per piece, but if desired,
two modules can be purchased to connect other current measurement devices with a JanBus interface to a UMG 800 series main module using a standard RJ45 cable.
The 800-CON-RJ45 module is plug-and-play due to an integrated JanBus connection. This integrated connection allows the module to be easily slid against the main module, current measurement module(s), or other JanBus expansion modules. The module is automatically recognized by the main module. The maximum RJ45 cable length for interconnection is 100 meters.
