The UMG 96-PQ-L-LP power analyzer is an advanced and versatile low power measuring instrument for analyzing power supply quality and energy consumption in TN or TT networks. Additionally, the UMG 96 PQ-L-LP features functions for ground fault current measurement and temperature monitoring. The analyzer is suitable for direct connection to Rogowski coils or low power transformers with a 333 mV output. It stores all measurement data and makes it clearly visible through its graphical display. With this power analyzer, you gain complete insight into the power quality of your electrical installation and prevent system failures.
Graphical DisplayThe UMG 96-PQ-L-LP is equipped with a graphical display for the direct presentation of various measured values. The analyzer has an oscilloscope function and can create phasor diagrams for direct insight into the measurement data. In addition to a direct 'live' view, it is also possible to display stored measurement values. The power analyzer has a large memory which, thanks to special data compression, guarantees data storage for years (up to 15 years).
Power QualityFor a clear insight into the power quality of your electrical system, the UMG 96-PQ-L-LP can measure harmonics up to the 65th order. With a sampling frequency of 280 points per 20 ms period and a 20 ms RMS value memory, the power analyzer provides a detailed insight into the status and quality of your electrical installation.
Low PowerThe UMG 96-PQ-L-LP is a low power analyzer, which brings several advantages. Firstly, low power current transformers are cheaper and smaller. In case of space constraints in a switch cabinet, a low power current transformer might fit where a classic current transformer does not. Also, a low power transformer does not need to be short-circuited when placed around an active conductor, making it safer for the installer. However, it should be noted that with a low power device like the UMG 96-PQ-L-LP, only low power current transformers or low power Rogowski coils can be used.
ExpansionThe UMG 96-PQ-L-LP can be expanded for additional functionality. For configuration of the meter, extensive analysis of the measurement data, or for remote access to the measurement data, the UMG 96-PQ-L-LP can be used in combination with Janitza GridVis® software. The necessary 96-PA-RCM-EL module also offers a gateway function, an Ethernet interface, and the possibility for 5 simultaneous Modbus connections.
